PTR are great salesmen, and I have some nagging doubts.
Primarily they haven't established that the HEWI model is workable or superior. There are an enormous number of unknowns with the concept. All of will be revealed as they proceed. Until they have established a fractured reservoir of the required dimension and permeability, followed with successful circulation tests, everything they say is very optimistic.
Sorry to put a dampener on it but those are the facts.
I did own PTR once upon a time but I'm not convinced enough to stay in the game.
