this trading halt could go for a very very long time. which institutional would in their right mind cap raise this basket case. only people winning in this company is the upper management who seem to reap the capital raising money. Not the share holders that is for sure! If management show some sort of leadership and slash their salary by half until they turn this around - this might show they are really about running a good company and looking after their shareholders. Until then they are dreaming if they will get another $ from me.
