Can they exercise at any time, i.e do blackout periods apply for exercising options? Because if so then news won't be this week will it? What are the rules on this? Thanks in advance.
Great vote of confidence, although they are well in the money so an easy decision you could argue, it is still a lot of cash to stump up.
