Well Steve, I will explain why I am here .... a fellow investor told me about JAT sometime ago and my response to you will be similar,

Apart from the mates rate interest, which I will leave you to conclude is either that or the perceived business risk the lender sees,

the reliance on the China connection in an ever widening Aust China relationship,

decreasing sales,

negative cashflow which cant pay debt,

multiple subsidiaries that are less than transparent, nil assets.

so effectively in its unininvestable at the moment, it’s speculative at best.

This company is based on salesmanship, Twitter posts, delays, dreams and possibilities.

Rather than be defensive it may pay you to think about it.

I have no interest in this stock, it doesn’t remotely tick the boxes of an investment.
