@dizzan, you do not know that. You cannot know what the 'market' is thinking. The 'market' is not one person but is comprised of numerous people buying and selling for a variety of reasons on any given day.
We have all been expecting questions from the FDA. I find it very positive that the FDA themselves suggested mitigation strategies. This indicates to me the comments the FDA had were minor in nature, the FDA is looking at our application in a positive light and providing encouragment.
