yes, pure speculation. i dont mean to imply that there will be a big premium either. im thinking more of a 'fire sale' scenario. i feel that they are getting to a stage where they want to offload the project to a mining major especially given the political risk. they are not in a position where they can sit on this project and wait for a legislative change. on the other hand a mining major may be interested in doing that given the size of the resource. pre-feas will be crucial if this is the case
