Maybe, but unless they start, it can't even be visible and there is a large group watching if they do, but they aren't convinced to buy in or back in on the increasing risks saying they can't.
News and some data on progress of soft launch is what's needed, but when they delayed launch by a month the team didn't tell anyone, so if this is further delayed dont expect we will be informed till end of July, if then.
Be prepared for a long wait unless you want to pip trade.
