That sounds VERY encouraging @Hannabal . I'm not disrespecting the gentleman that has made these claims but Hall and McIntyre have been in this game long enough to know that they shouldn't make claims that they can't follow through on. If they say that Samphire is a candidate for ISR, I believe them.
