Dont beleive an environmental study needs be done as we all know what X amount of U can do, they have already said if its mined as a by product and under a certain percentage then thats OK.
A pre-feasibility study is under way so why would they go to that length if they were not confident of the project moving forward???
Come on guys think about it.
