The latest panicked Melbourne response by the Victorian Government when there's just nine COVID-19 'cases' will see more working from home until at least 4 June, and so visits to the CBD will decline, affecting sales at MYR's flagship Melbourne store.
The community worrying about another Victoria-wide or Melbourne-wide lockdown won't help in-store sales, although MYR has a growing digital presence so perhaps the net outcome is close to neutral.
