that is what i initially thought kiwi, however my posting extract from the ASX inferenced otherwise.
i would futher suspect that the directors would not be limited to taking up options in there entirity and could take up a portion, however if there is value in striking on say half, why wouldn't you strike in totality...

whats your gut feel based on no announcement today?
does the company have to announce expiry of options the day that they lapse, or the following?
i would be inclined to think that if they should have announced their expiry today, then they very well may announce their placement in the following days.
love to hear peoples thoughts...?
