I don't think off market transfers show up on market as a XT (I am happy to be corrected), given the ease at which an off market transfer can be done and at a fee that would be smaller than what the the above trades would cost a retail investor, i think it is unlikely that it is simply moving between controlled entities by retail investor.
As to what it truly is, I have no idea. The total dollar amount seems too small for an institutional investor to worry about trying to hide buying and if they were trying to buy a significantly larger amount (e.g. even more ~$2k trades, it would look way too obvious)
