That is an excellent overview - thanks for that.
I am very bullish on ESI, I am still sitting on millions of shares/options but fortunantely for me, I am now free carried.
I am fully researched on ESI and know all the risks and challenges that will be met by management over the next 12 months.
The reason why Im still invested is because the full valuation of the stock has not been realised yet...simply because the company has only just started to implement their business plan.
As long as the board fully supports management I am sure that ESI will become a very successful company.
