Interesting I have no idea where they measure weight I suspect it would be when it is taken off the ship. Many things soak up water even in dry Climate. I do not know what concentrate does but 10 % seems real low. I know they have lower levels planed but in June of 2023 it becomes unimportant with C&L in AU. Remember this is ship on the water in a hot climate Keeping it from taking in moisture from air might add more expense than it saves. I am sure the Lynas personal have it well worked out what the optimum water content should be. Fancy dryers and packaging have to be cost justified over a 2 year period.
