As much I'd love it to be a modeler or other consultant there is a reasonable possibility this is just to compensate AVI for his continued involvement. The total consideration he received in the prior year was approx $825k inclusive of options. He is certainly in a position to see the value and be able to wait to 2 years for it. Telling us a little more info of course, could have avoided this speculation.
