@Aptayl, I've read the same and there's two ways of seeing it
1) as you say, goita started it all and might be trying to get things moving to the objective of February 2022 quicker
2) the reshuffle, in keeping 2 military personnel out of future power, has pissed him off, and he benefits from having them in there. And he wants things to progress quicker, but with them in it

It's the motive that's important... The action taken yesterday is the same. The action and timeline to resolve and get us moving again depends on that motive, and we don't yet know this

In the meantime I don't doubt we still hold intrinsic value. Question is, when will those with more money than us come back to the table. Future lithium buyer JV / whoever also included here
