In addition, and kind of on topinc, i would like to share my reception of some comments i heard when speaking with Koz myself - in relation to two calls i have made to him in these last 3 months (unverifiable, so do your own research as it will always support your own investment outcome):
He has a bit of an inner war going on in my opinoin and i have taken that opinion somewhat from his own words and aims. He is embarrassed (theres a better word as he has no ownership of its history) by the historical perception of the company. He is unhappy with it because he knows the company has been viewed as the one who 'cried wolf' on two or 3 occasions and then the shareprice was withered away under circumstances he was not comfortable with. So he now has a personal driver to turn the company around and to do it in the fairest and most financially responsible way considering that its business model is capable of doing more than it has done for botht the shareholders and the environment.
Its my opinon that he would remain discontented until he acheived his aim. He takes his business personally and directly relates his own integrity to its shareprice performance, while adopting a trustful relationship with investors, an element which has been absent in the Director/Shareholder relationship untill his appointment.

That is only my opinion. Its a risk im taking when i say this - a risk to my own integrity - look back in a year or two, at how you read that someone once said:
'Koz relates his own integrity to the companies performance and that he wants to do the opposite of whats been done to shareholders in the last few years'.

I am not sweating on being right about it and i urge all shareholders who have more than a daytrading view to call him and when he has the time he will give a hundred percent. You will find these things IMO: A fast and clear speaker who is well thought out and rehearsed in his plan, constructive/methodical in his considerations which yeild acheiveable action plans, charismatic via his understanding of your question and how he relates it to your motive for asking - A true mediator type personality, an envelope pusher - entreprenuer and somewhat egotistical but with a likeable and non-threatening sense of confidence.
I am being as clear as possible about my interpretation of him as a company leader and because i am hoping people will cross-examine him with their own calls and contribute their own level of personal belief in his capability to handle our investments when we give him the control to do so.

Expect ups and down in the sharprice, because every company that ever strives is held back in the begining due to Industrial levels of harassment from competitors, shorters, rampers, longers, hypers, doomsayers, witches and conspirators....etc.
But you can cut through all the shiz with your own call to the one man who you will be doing business with - KOZ.

Then you can make up YOUR mind from a real source and not a hyper-real source (like the internet) - and share it please if you can, positive or negative.
