I am but a simple fool that is not a real goldie however I see this as a pretty simple story. Proven management with skin in the game has gold in the ground they are able to extract at reasonable profit. If you believe GP is trending up in the near term then wouldnt you want management to do whatever is reasonably required to get it out of the ground ASAP. Guys (& Gals) can only suggest that if you dont like a bumpy ride dont get on the damned Mighty Mouse ride - in fact stay the hell out of the park altogether - cause you had to know that is what this had to be to ultimately succeed. Understand they have production issues - if they didnt then chances are DCN would not be in a turnaround position ! The CR is already underwritten so suggest cornerstone investors will hang in for the time being. Chances are the SP will even dip a bit further for a while after the CR as it often does but again, if you believe GP is headed north then decide whether it is possible for DCN to play catch up and if not by all means bail - just dont bitch about it after the fact unless you are willing to give any future CG to charity !
