I'm definitely no expert on the matter but the impression I get is it may not be in HCHs interest to pursue the legal avenue on this, being a small cap the negative publicity and all... the bigger players will play their games, but it won't last forever..I get the feeling its equivalent of running to the school teacher instead of just having it out in the school yard as a kid... we may get a legal win but they'll find one way or another to really f@#k us...
I don't think you'll get the response you want to hear and not sure if you'll get much of a response in writing either. If I was CE I'd be treading very carefully around this topic and was surprised he even addressed it in the small caps interview, was refreshingly pleasant to have him acknowledge it nonetheless.
In reality it would take little more then the instos wiping a couple of lines and thinning the sell lines to launch this SP on the back of some positive drill results at CN... when that will happen I have no idea anymore...
I think CE is well and truly across whats playing out hence the change in tune since $25mil CR last year, the dodgy 2 week trading halt, hand brake on drill results, now taxation issue added to mix etc etc
SP gets off the leash when time is right(for the big players, not us plebs)

We all share your frustration Tom, chin up mate, just that the way it goes for now but I'm a firm believer these games don't get played, unless the big end of town knows something good is brewing.
