here is the weekly chart.. clear break out underway.

Oil bounced nicely off $70us/b in late afternoon trade in the US. I think it might have another attempt on resistance @ $73.20 in the coming week..

Yesterday afternoons trade gave me the impression of accumulation, in particular the way the closing auction occured.
