For the record, I have been using FZO for my kids and it's pretty good.
Is easy to set auto on/off times for using the web, etc.
Also to check and approve (or not) any Apps they download.
A particularly useful tool is tracking their historic position (of their mobile phone). The school said he was absent, but I could track where he was and where he had been.
Still not sure how good the porn filter is, I haven't found any (even the penthouse magazine cover girls had clothes on) but am reluctant to search too hard.
