No offence to you, I prefer to stick to my opinion and not seek advice or feedback from anyone. There are already too much noises in the market enough to cause one to be sleepless without adding more!

I am sure that there are problems in any organisation and I am also very sure that there is no such thing as smooth sailing especially this is a turnaround story (@theoc ). There are bound to be turbulence and I believe an able captain should be able to navigate through the rough water and eventually hit smooth water.

I can certainly agree with you that numbers on paper are just guidance but I do believe that it will eventually pan out unless along the way the numbers change or circumstance changes and start to look horrible. The feasibility study is not based on one quarter or one year but rather based on a timeline of six years. So one hiccup does not define how a company will perform in the coming years.

Meanwhile will just have to stomach whatever come by DCN's way. As Peter Lynch said, "the stomach is more important than the brain"!

BTW any dilution is not good, but I can accommodate this CR based on the presentation.
