Just put it down to a lesson mate, we’ve all been there.
If there was a chance then someone at FBR would have obtained a CDB-U over the years, easiest way for total control, they could have then either done a deal with a developer or gone for a C.R to obtain a substantial amount of land and proven the tech as a superior alternative both financially and in build quality to what’s currently on offer, why didn’t they do that?
