share trading at 10c raises money at 25, page-10

Solid telecon today.

Two highlights for me were, the talk about advanced discussions with an international partner and potential acquisitions.
An international would take on ongoing costs and I assume re-imburse a % for work already undertaken.

The 25c placement was explained as being the offer made by PNK as fair value. Not sure what to think of such an increase on market value. Perhaps it's as simple as wanting a bigger piece of the cake and not enough liquidity to buy on market. Regardless i see the 25c placement as positive.

Seller today at 13 PRIOR to the telecon.
Appears crazy considering their current position.
Plenty of us sitting on nice profits, however looks very premature to be selling now and all considered, a good time for accumulation.

Overall very positive and Dan Devine gave the impression as being approachable for questions, in and out of the telecon.
