I remember when Pan Australia had SPP to raise $21 million in Jan '09. Pan's share price was punished down to 15 cents from approx 20 cents, but what I like the most is after the SPP, Pan Australia share price has been gaining up to 35 cents now. I will see the same thing is happening to ROC. Today's down in ROC sp is only due to a short term dilutive effect.
