IF your new and thinking about investing in ZIP, here are some points of view all in my opinion of course. But always DYOR of course ( for all you regulars please feel free to Add any commentary or Correct any of the points i am making )

Just in 3 months to the day ZIP has lost 52% of its share value

It has diluted over 50 million shares in acquisitions of which 43,540,824 million shares will come out of escrow on june the 1st

UBS/ Black Rock / Credit.Suz / who are all part of the top 20 who amongst others are involved in insto selling and borrowing out the shares to short

UBS is major share holder and consistently give the ASX the middle finger and vagruanently and unethically put out downgrade announcements and release sponsor paid articles indicating that ZIP is a dog stock

The founders of ZIP Larry and Peter have sold major portions of there share holdings

The Acquisitions they have purchased other than Quad Pay are questionable as most of them have not even been around for more than two years, paying out millions of dollars in bonuses to the previous owners.


All most daily the long term holder is caught in a battel royal between Pumpers and Dumpers , Insto Selling and shorting

This company lives in the shadows of its rival APT who are listed as a Tek Stock where as Z1P is listed as a consumer financial service stock and follows neither on Green days.

BOA have acquired 6.1 % stake in ZIP last credit rating of 400 million with no announcement of what the partnership represents

Out of the 400 million raised only 130 million has been accounted for in two acquisitions

and most of all of the CEO Larry Dimond has been spectacularly missing in action in regards to ASX announcements not reporting any good news what so ever other than the spending of capital in acquisitions.


This is simply the worst investing experience i have ever been involved in.
