I agree Sevo. Item 1.1 is completely unbelievable and it sets the tone for the rest of the items. This has no doubt blind sided the board and managment.

I don't know what is going on in the NT EPA but their government needs to rein them in quickly as this is very quickly makinging the NT look very business / development unfriendly. This WILL have an impact on other proponents opinion of wheter is its worth trying to do business in this juristiction.

I wonder what other options that PB is thinging of here?



With Mt. Peake approved, rail planning done I wonder what other options that TNG may have to get their product to a port in a more business / development friendly juristiction



Hopefully ther NT Govt will get on board and calm some of these waters very quickly..
