    re: Ann: Bank Facilities Renewed, Increased b... the interest rate certainly is interesting - it is a 10% premium to the 6 month US LIBOR (the loan being USD denominated it is probably pegged to US LIBOR or similar)

    the banks are either doing a simple money grab knowing MAEs hands are tied or they have serious concerns and a high risk assessment
