I'd bet not enough water in South Australia - and the grades not enough to support DSO overseas from the South to another jurisdiction.
Port Augusta and Pirie no bulk shipping.

I wonder how long it would take to get approval in Indonesia with a solution based on the fresh water harvesting and sea water protection solution they have already developed? Probably be done quicker than getting this lot through the NT.
