I am new to FGR, just bought my first parcel at 24c after I see this institutional placement announcement. if anyone who have investor in Brainchip (BRN) since the beginning of last year, you would notice brainchip had a very similar deal with LDA capital when its share price was around 17.5c. The company should have a large enough bargaining power to secure a favourable financing option like this.

Brainchip is now on 55c market cap at 900m, i hope FGR will do the same. as both of them has a great technological fundamental.
