This is such a pitiful price to 'fully accept' by the board!

In my eyes that can only mean 1 thing:

DTS have no confidence in their ability to grow this company.

Yum must have said something like 'either sell this to us for 23.5cents a share - or we walk away and build something ourselves'

If DTS were confident they could manage without Yum they would reject the offer.

The one bit that continues to puzzle me is 'what does Dominos make of this?' - they have been balls deep for the longest time - I can't see a scenario where they would be a client of Yum - so this whole thing has crashed to a halt.
