People see to forget that there is a critical supply shortage of quality silica sand, which is why VRX has 65 interested parties.
Certainty of supply is something they can't get, from anyone.
Have you been totally oblivious to the news surrounding ever increasing shortages, and countries declaring sand as a critical commodity and banning exports?
And there is no confusion, at least among those that understood the EPA process and what the next step would be..
