The scale of an operation is most important, which generally relates to the ‘geometry’ of the orebody.
Smaller operations are generally higher cost than larger operations. Thickness of the mineralisation is *very important *, and lowers strip ratio. Things like thin widths combined with a steeply dipping orebody can be a red flag for investors.
Once true width gets below 1m it can have issues as there are minimum mining widths which will dilute the grade.
DEG has great grades ,great width, reasonable metallurgy and recoveries and a lot at shallow. Dont get put off by lower grade. The consistent wide hits will contribute enormously to the economics of the prospect. These are great results.
good luck to all. Thanks for all the informative posts..
