Construction is a bit different than say winning a contract for the sale of a product. No one is to keen to say they are going to make money until they actually do, ie: complete project and calculate run over costs? variations to original contract? structural changes by client? Rise and fall of steel, cable etc? Labour costs?
Lots of variables in the building game.
These are just MY thoughts.
I still believe patience will be rewarded.
