I am of a very similar opinion, I dont see a scenario where Lachlan isn't brought into the tent, I still believe he(Foxbet) will cornerstone (lead) the TAH wagering and media demerger...Tripp to take CEO role...as your rightly point out, there is a lot of opportunity for Fox's media platform is the deal...I also see a possibly a 3 way tie-up (down the track - no pun intended) (BET, FOXBET, TAH) with Davey taking the reins and aiming for NASDAQ listing, fronting up against the Draftkings etc for massive USA upside and marketshare (that market is only starting)...you would also have to think the reason Davey is investing in digital/data analytics companies, is he will be hoping to roll them into a bigger play with the Murdochs etc....lots of little pieces of a very lucrative puzzle...

Anyway time will tell...god its been glorious on the coarse today...putter is on absolute fire...
