Re production rate. I'm pretty sure they have said they will aim for 100,000 oz a year. If you work it back from the grade that is actaully 2.5 mta.

(it is also why I was using a higher grade, and lower tonnes based on Measured and Indicated, rather than inferred etc. But that's another issue)

I know of no other royalty? Why can't they guarantee that? The only snag is the case over one of the concessions, but that is very very unlikely to be a negative outcome and minimal if it is I expect.
