    Valad contributes Assets (GBP 230) = Liability (GBP373)+Equity(GBP 187)

    At first glance we provided GBP44mln more equity+asset then liabilities?

    Then i read below that Valad plans to value that trust at ZERO as of end of June 2009!?


    What do shareholder get? New financing facility and more certainty!

    Well received by the market , but what do you think?


    Would not NTA be effected? Sure 10 cents is good price now
