Well, the embedded carbon will.
In a high renewable energy environment the capital cost of our energy will go up and the operating cost down a bit, net cost up.
Using current costings, AUS average energy (wholesale) may go from $40-45 to say $50/70 or something else depending on your outlook.
Not sure of anyone suggesting it will go down.
The embedded energy therefore will become more of an issue in each technologies' cost of construction, not less.
