to all you NEU-sters, i have looked at the chart & am amazed at what i see, to start we have a cup & handle formation which i believe is one of the most bullish patterns & my next target is 30 cents !!!
can that really be true ? could this be like biota ? certainly these biomed stocks can do astounding moves.
good luck holders i'm hoping for a big move up on open at least toward 9-10 cents ;))
