for those stating 50-60c sale price, is this AUS or US...?

2 points, in line with recent discussions of bonus options etc:

- our largest holder were issued 27,500,000 shares at 80c, whats in it for them..? how would you get them to vote yes to an arrangement like this, i mean they really have to come along for the ride, however the pressure would be being applied by them for something surely... they have 8% voting interest.

- employees options at 50c, whats in it for them..?
