As a Listed company, ANP does meet its disclosure obligations, and all obligations I have ever seen, a very disciplined company.

I believe in previous trials there were specified criteria, endpoints, and they were assessing these particular aspects to determine if they met fundamental criteria.
The heart may be addressed going forward, many think it would be good, but previously it may have been a case of not wanting to get the cart before the horse.
There are a great many things that can be tested for, throughout the whole body that may affect DMD boys, ANP’s scientific advisors had a set of criteria they were focused on before proceeding.
Those tests were successful, we move forward, this is science, not” hurry up I want everything at once, damn it.”
This is a methodical and precise and well-planned journey, step by step.

In regard to manufacturing with 2 separate manufacturers, from memory, I am not sure it was obvious that EMA had a problem with different manufacturers till they notified us, not sure if it was a precedent or just little known. Not the end of the world either way. Most of us have moved on from that now.

Re ambulant boys being in the next phase, you can rest assured that would have been assessed by the team and we will all find out shortly.

Re the tox problem, I believe there were communications in the past with the FDA and a varying dose was put forward. Around this time the fortunate correlation between CD49d and DMD came to light and ANP determined the best use of limited resources, ie money, and personnel was to put MS and Acromegaly on the backburners and put full focus on DMD, all resources.
A Board has to determine the best and possibly most efficient way forward with the greatest potential, and DMD was the outcome.

These people, the Board, and Management have everyone's best interest in mind.
I for one, and I believe many others, think they are doing the best they can, and are doing it well.
I feel from reading the boards at Hotcopper that many don’t either understand or appreciate what goes on behind the scenes, or the complexities involved and the confidences that must be kept until the appropriate time.

In 40+ years of trading, I have been in 100s of companies, some really bad, most very good, and some excellent.
Far from looking through rose-colored glasses, I have assessed ANP I think quite objectively, of doing a very good job of surviving, exploring, and developing pharmaceutical therapeutics.
There is no perfect company, and any CEO will tell you there are things in hindsight they could have done better. We are human.

As forum people chatting on forums, yes, forums are great, I read them every day on a variety of sites, and I listen to what people are saying.
    Chatting, asking, informing, all great.
It sometimes goes down strange pathways and some individuals can become dictatorial or aggressive, but over time I think people just hope they fade away.

We have some great threads and great posts on the ANP board, but as we have all seen, at times, we have some less-than-great posts, and many of those are the ones that get personal and derogatory.

What it can be helpful to remind ourselves occasionally, is, it’s not all about me.
