Rather sick of certain posters putting words in my mouth or telling me that my insight is of no use; hence why I wasnt go to post anything about it.

Service was efficient; text messages for load out - even follow up call to see if everything was in order. I unfortunately missed the follow up call but called the number back and it was wine depot.
Orders placed before 1pm are for next day ; hence the extra day lag.

Delivery driver was in Wine Depot jacket. Didn't see the vehicle.

Biggest issue currently is SKU of products.
Not nearly enough to satisfy any of my go to Wines.
Time will change this obviously; but for now I will be buying elsewhere (except for trial purchases monthly).

Last counted SKU was around 612 products including wine / spirits / beer / other / liquor
-525 wine products
-8 beer products
-47 spirits
- 31 other (non alcoholic)

Although this sounds like alot; it really isnt. It is however a start.
This needs to be 2000+ to get any sort of competition to online ordering.
