And futures are currently mid-$90 per tonne out to 2026 ......
This is not a "short-term spike" but a sustained reaction to constrained supply.
And Economics 101 tells us that coal prices will rise to meet the marginal cost of producing alternative energy.
As long as NHC does not rely upon bankers, it will operate profitably well into the future.
