grown ups would have to agree with rumrunner.
I think, people would have taken up with the offer, if PEN management had released SOME technical data (metalurgy test and other things) to justify the capital raising etc.,
I personally think, people have rights to be sceptical for CR by small companies during the times of Global financial crisis. However, having said that I took ALL my benefits :)
OR
PEN management could have waited for the CR
Either way my focus is long term and not affected by this shortfall.
