Not just any infant formula ... the Uganic infant formula is a range of certified organic formula from bubs to toddler. Plus there is the Little Innoscents brand, a chemical-free 100% organic range of nine (9) products consisting of balms, toothpaste, moisturiser, shampoo, sunscreen, etc,. Adults with sensitive skin can also use these products.

Apart from that, from what I have read, the amalgamation with Brand Solutions Australia (BSA) means added value ... experience and established distribution channels with grocers (Coles, Woolworths, IGA, Aldi and Cresco); and pharmacies (Advantage Pharmacy, Chemist Warehouse, Terry White, Priceline, Ampcal+, Symbion Health, Sygma and Discount Drug Stores). BAS are certified to manage S2 and S3 pharmaceutical products plus other Therapeutic Goods Authority listed products.

In the ASX announcement on 13 April 2021, it states: "BSA owns and represents over 15 strategic brands in the health and wellness sector including distribution for brands such as Simply 7 and Compeed." Products: Simply 7 gluten free snacks; Compeed cold sore patches; and I recall seeing Voos on the list of products.

In addition to that there is Pharma Solutions Australia, a pharmacy brokerage service.

It all sounds promisingly enterprising.
