You are right...I put 5%
You are right about the 3%, but I noticed that Aumasx put 5% in his spreadsheet, and was not going to argue that point with him..
At the end of the day if you are correct about the 3% to government then it will be on top of the 3.5% for Vista, so 5% is a safe bet atm I thought.
