    Doubt PEN will be mining for a few years if recovery can be step up and thats only 1.25mlbs of nameplate,.. VMY may even get into production before PEN at a nameplate of 3.5mlbs pre year.. And i believe VMY will produce 3mlbs well before PEN at a much lower cost..
