i am not sure that they have acquired additional shares from "that director". his pre-bid acceptance agreement remains in place and represents a conditional acceptance of the offer as to 19.99%.
Then there would appear to have been a few other dribs and drabs that have come in from the cast army of FER shareholders who have popped their acceptance forms back in the post.
Am i missing something?
