It takes a year to get mothballed mines to come online and about 2 years to build new ones. Much longer if not open cut. Don't blame China such as the calls to boycott export as advocated by some pollies. Got to make contingency plans. Just as well they would be all ready just when they are needed. Soon we will find out I am sure.
