I checked on SRL. Thay have the cash and did have a question mark over the Nyngan Copper mine viability. Buying Lady Annie could replace that resource.

CDU - I have always found them a bit hard to understand. IMO, there appears to be a lot of noise and not a huge amount of substance. It is like they are "playing stock market shenanigans". If the CDU reserve is good, potentially OZL could use it's expertise in development and commissioning plant to partner with CDU. ie a joint venture.
